The all-in-one CRM for field and route sales
Your CRM tells you when a deal goes cold. It won't tell you when a customer does.
A deal has a stage, so it can rot on a report. A loyal account has nothing to rot — no open deal, no argument, no warning. It just stops buying, and you find out when somebody mentions a competitor. EzyCrm watches the accounts, not just the pipeline, and puts the quiet ones in the same work queue as your overdue tasks.

The problem
Nobody loses a customer
on purpose.
They lose them the same way every time. A good account, no complaints, no open deal — so it appears on no report, and three months of not calling turns into somebody else's order. Meanwhile the trail of the deals you are working runs through the inbox, a pricing sheet, a PDF quote and somebody's notebook, so “where does this stand?” takes four tabs and a phone call.

EzyCrm AI
Your CRM shouldn't just store information.
It should act on it.
Ask in plain language. EzyCrm reads the thread, drafts the reply and files it against the right account. It does not hold supplier cost feeds or margin rules, so it will not price a quote for you — the pricing stays where it already lives.
One instruction. Two views of the same event — the conversation on the left, the record on the right, moving together.

The board
Move a deal. Everything downstream moves with it.
Drag a card between stages and the probability, the column subtotal and the weighted forecast all recalculate in the same beat. Keyboard works too — focus a card and use the arrow keys.
Use the left and right arrow keys to move this deal between stages, or press Enter to choose a stage from a list.

Integrations
Honest about what connects today.
Calendars, email and spreadsheets work now, over open standards rather than a partnership announcement. Everything else on this ring is marked for what it is: not built yet. We would rather lose the sale than have you discover it in week two.
- Calendar in both directions — subscribe to EzyCrm, and read your existing calendar so nothing double-books
- Email sent through your own provider and your own domain, not ours
- Import and export whenever you like — your data leaves as easily as it arrives
Product names are the trademarks of their respective owners; no partnership, affiliation or endorsement is implied. Calendar and mail interoperate over the open iCalendar and SMTP standards rather than a vendor API.

Four of these work today. Four do not, and are labelled so.
What that means in practice
Four things you can do on day one, without asking anyone for an API key.
Calendar subscription
A signed feed URL you paste into Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar. Rotate it and the old link dies immediately.
Busy-time import
Point EzyCrm at your existing calendar and the public booking page stops offering slots you are already in.
CSV in and out
Column mapping with a dry run, duplicate detection and a full rollback. Export everything at any time, in one click.
Runs without any of it
The whole CRM works offline, on one machine, with no account. Connecting anything is a choice, never a requirement.
Command centre
Ask your CRM
in plain language.
Not a chat box bolted onto a database. EzyCrm resolves what you asked into a real query across customers, opportunities, quotes and activity — then answers with the product: a table, a ranked list, a chart, or a change it is ready to make.
The answers below are written examples of the shape this is heading toward. What ships today is a search that finds any record by any field on it, and an assistant that answers questions about your pipeline — not a query engine that can action them. Read this section as a direction, not a feature list.

Trust
Quietly
serious about
your data.
A CRM holds the most commercially sensitive record a company has: who its customers are, what they pay, and why they nearly left. We treat that as the product, not as a feature list.
Access is scoped to the role that needs it. Every change is recorded with the address that made it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and a copy of your whole workspace lives in your own browser, so an outage on our side stops synchronising rather than stopping you.
You can leave whenever you like, and take everything with you. Export is never blocked — not when a payment is late, not after you cancel, not on the day you decide we are not for you. Most CRMs treat the cost of leaving as part of the business model. We would rather you stayed because it works.

Capabilities
- Tenant isolation in the database Row-level security keyed to your workspace, so one customer cannot read another even if the application is wrong.
- Role-based permissions Admin, manager, rep and read-only seats, assigned per person. Not yet enforced: today the role changes what a screen shows, not what a person may write. Anyone you invite can create, edit and delete records. Real write enforcement is next on the security roadmap — until it ships, only invite people you would trust with the whole workspace.
- Audit trail Every create, change and delete, with the email address that made it — and an undo that uses the same record. Settings are not records, so a permissions change does not produce an audit row yet.
- Data protection Regional storage, full export on demand, deletion you can actually verify.
- Recoverable Every workspace exports in full, in one click, to a file you keep. Restoring from it is a documented procedure, not a support ticket.
- Runs without us The whole CRM works offline on your machine. The cloud is a mirror you can disconnect, and your data stays where it is.
- Breached-password screening Passwords are stored as one-way hashes by our authentication provider and are never visible to us. We do not screen new passwords against known breach lists — use a password manager and a password you have not used elsewhere.
Not here yet: SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning and multi-factor authentication are on the roadmap, not in the product. We don’t print compliance badges either — certifications go on the trust page when we actually hold them, with the audit date, the scope and the report available under NDA.
